GENERAL SALES INDICATIONS

SUBJECT OF THE SUPPLY

The present is applied for the construction, installation and functional inspection of machines for the transport and lifting in compliance with European Community Directive 89/392EEC and successive amendments, named Machinery Directive.

VALIDITY

The contract is valid from the moment the customer signs our offer.

PRICES

Prices refer to standard supply of machines for transport and lifting, as per 2005 Price List. Prices do not include V.A.T. Any thing not expressly indicated in the 2005 Price List, will be subject to a specific estimate.

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Except for different provisions between the parties. Payment will take place according to the following modalities:

• 10% deposit on signing of the order proposal.
• V.A.T. payment at 30 days from month end invoice date by means of cash order.
• The remaining amount at 30-60-90 days from month end invoice date.

Not included in the sale price

RETURN

Apart from different agreements between the parties, the return terms are: to our establishment, loaded onto a vehicle.

DELIVERY TERMS

As per signed offer.

TRANSPORT

If not expressly requested, transport is considered responsibility of the customer.

If ETS assumes responsibility for transport the costs will be calculated on the basis of the type of machine to be supplied and the distance in kilometres to the destination of the goods.

ASSEMBLY

If not expressly requested, assembly is considered responsibility of the customer. If ETS assumes the responsibility, the assembly costs will be calculated on the basis of the supply and the requested optionals.

INSPECTION

On completion of assembly (if assembly is under our responsibility) our technicians will perform the functional inspection, as envisioned by the EC Machinery Directive. The ballasts must be available at the end of assembly. Any delayed inspections will be only performed with a charge.

WARRANTY

Twelve months from delivery of the goods to the carrier.

TECHNICAL DOCUMENTATION

The following technical documentation is supplied:

• Assembly diagrams with load indications.
• Wiring diagrams.
• EC Certificates.
